Finance Command Centre
A dedicated TechCo commercialising a proven decision platform built through The Full Finance Stack.
Finance Command Centre is raising £750,000 to create a dedicated technology company and commercialise a proven internal platform into an enterprise SaaS business.
The platform has been built through The Full Finance Stack and validated inside a live customer. The raise is not to grow The Full Finance Stack. It is to spin out and scale Finance Command Centre as a standalone software company.
Finance Command Centre is a real-time decision platform for operational businesses.
It connects the systems a business already relies on, such as finance, inventory, ecommerce, marketing and operational platforms, into one trusted view for leadership.
The aim is simple: help leadership teams understand how the business is performing, where money is being made or lost, and what decisions need to be made next.
Most growing businesses do not have a data shortage.
They have a connection problem.
Finance has one system. Inventory has another. Ecommerce, warehousing, marketing and operations often have separate platforms too.
Each system works well individually, but leadership still struggles to see the whole business in real time.
Finance Command Centre solves that by connecting the data into one operational decision layer.
The Full Finance Stack is the finance services business I founded to give growing companies access to an enterprise-grade finance function, from bookkeeper through to CFO, without hiring a full team internally. Clients get access to an entire enterprise grade finance team, but only pay for the hours they need at each level.
It is important because it put us inside growing businesses every day. That gave us direct access to real operational problems, live customer environments and the opportunity to validate Finance Command Centre in practice.
No.
The investment is for the creation and growth of a dedicated TechCo that will commercialise Finance Command Centre as a SaaS platform.
The Full Finance Stack is not part of the raise.
It remains important because it gives Finance Command Centre customer access, operational insight, product validation and an efficient early go-to-market channel.
The Full Finance Stack discovered and validated the problem.
Finance Command Centre is the software built to solve it.
The Full Finance Stack acts as an insight engine and early customer-access channel. Finance Command Centre is the scalable technology business being created from that insight.
Because Finance Command Centre is a different type of business from The Full Finance Stack.
The Full Finance Stack is a services business.
Finance Command Centre is a software platform with SaaS economics.
Creating a dedicated TechCo allows the IP, product roadmap, investment, engineering, security, commercial model and future valuation to sit in the right company from the start.
Finance Command Centre is not at idea stage.
The platform already exists and has been built inside a live customer environment.
The current stage is commercialisation seed.
The raise is to professionalise, harden and scale the platform into an enterprise-ready SaaS product.
The first version of Finance Command Centre has been built and validated through live customer use.
It connects multiple business systems, brings operational and financial data together, and supports leadership decision-making.
The next stage is to turn that internal platform into a scalable SaaS product with enterprise-grade architecture, security, onboarding, integrations and commercial infrastructure.
The first customer is an inventory-led operating business where the platform was built and tested in a real commercial environment.
This is important because Finance Command Centre was not built from theory or customer interviews alone. It was built around real operational problems, real systems and real leadership decisions.
The platform has been built and validated through The Full Finance Stack’s first customer engagement.
The raise is designed to move Finance Command Centre from proven internal platform to commercial SaaS revenue.
Our first client is worth £100k annually and the Finance Command Centre is a part of their monthly subscription.
We are raising £750,000 to create the dedicated TechCo and commercialise Finance Command Centre as an enterprise SaaS business.
The funding will formalise the IP, fund a focused engineering sprint, professionalise the product, complete security and architecture work, and build the commercial engine required to take the platform to market.
This is an execution round, not a validation round.
The raise will fund:
- Engineering and product development
- Enterprise architecture and security
- IP transfer and TechCo setup
- Commercial launch and go-to-market
- Customer onboarding and success
- Working capital and contingency
The aim is to turn a proven internal platform into a scalable, secure and commercial SaaS product.
Finance Command Centre is not designed to be a reporting layer that simply visualises data.
It is designed to become the decision layer above the systems a business already uses.
The difference is context.
The platform is being built from real operational workflows, not just generic charts. It connects finance, inventory, operations and commercial performance so leadership can make better decisions in real time.
Finance Command Centre sits between several existing software categories.
Answer finance questions.
Answer inventory questions.
Answer marketing questions.
Visualise raw data.
Finance Command Centre connects the operational picture across those systems so leadership can understand the whole business.
It does not replace platforms like Xero, Shopify, Cin7 or Power BI. It makes the data inside those systems more useful to leadership.
They could build software.
But the advantage is not just code. The advantage is knowing what to build.
Finance Command Centre is being developed from inside real operational businesses, where finance, inventory, ecommerce, operations and leadership decisions meet.
That creates a customer insight loop that is difficult for a generic software provider to replicate.
The Full Finance Stack gives Finance Command Centre a direct route into those problems before they become obvious to the wider market.
Inventory-led businesses feel the problem most sharply.
Purchasing affects stock. Stock affects cash. Operations affect margin. Fulfilment affects customer experience. That makes them the ideal proving ground.
But Finance Command Centre is not manufacturing software. The long-term opportunity is operational businesses more broadly, because the leadership questions are the same across sectors:
- "How are we performing?"
- "Where are we losing money?"
- "Where should we invest next?"
Finance Command Centre is intended to operate as an enterprise SaaS business.
The model is expected to include recurring subscriptions, onboarding or implementation fees, expansion revenue, additional users, modules, integrations and AI-enabled capabilities.
The objective is to build predictable recurring revenue with high gross margins and expansion potential.
The current target is to build towards £1.18m ARR by Year Three, with 149 customers and SaaS-level gross margins, as set out in the deck.
That milestone is not just about revenue. It is about proving repeatable acquisition, onboarding, usage, expansion and retention.
The defensibility comes from the learning loop.
The Full Finance Stack works inside growing businesses.
That reveals real operational problems.
Finance Command Centre turns those problems into product features.
Every customer improves the product. Every improvement increases customer value.
That is the moat: operational intelligence, not just software.
Potential acquirers could include accounting platforms, ERP providers, inventory platforms, business intelligence vendors, ecommerce infrastructure companies, vertical SaaS platforms or private equity-backed software groups.
The strategic value is in becoming the decision layer above the operational software stack.
The ideal investors understand B2B SaaS, operational businesses, finance technology, ecommerce, inventory, vertical software or founder-led commercialisation.
We are not just looking for capital.
We are looking for investors who can help with SaaS productisation, enterprise sales and strategic partnerships.
The main risks are:
- Turning the internal platform into a scalable SaaS product
- Building repeatable customer acquisition beyond The Full Finance Stack
- Completing enterprise-grade security and architecture
- Proving customers will pay directly for the software
- Prioritising the product roadmap without over-customisation
The raise is designed to reduce those risks by funding engineering, security, commercial execution and product focus.
Three things have changed.
- 1. Businesses are more complex.
- 2. Leadership expects real-time visibility.
- 3. AI has made it possible for smaller, experienced teams to build and iterate software faster than before.
Together, those shifts create the opportunity for Finance Command Centre.
